Below we have listed prices for the most common service of a property clean prior to guest arrival, however even this can be tailored to suit.....some of our clients require welcome packs,some require meet and greet and orientation...whatever is required. Some simply require the property to be clean, tidy and prepared for guests arrival.

Guideline Prices for Clean and Laundry

1 Bed Villa	max 2 guests	from 40€
2 Bed Villa	max 4 guests	from 65€
3 Bed Villa	max 6 guests	from 90€
4 Bed Villa	max 8 guests	from 110€

These prices are subject to exactly what work is required and size of patio/garden etc. Swimming pool and hot tub maintenance is available on request.

Gardening and basic D.I.Y. is charged at 10€/hour however we do not undertake major building works etc as we believe that qualified tradesmen should be appointed to carry out major works. We will happily liaise with contractors and arrange any work you require and also project manage the work until satisfactory completion.
