Villa Sophia is a stylish, detached property based on traditional canarian designs. The design is complemented by the off-road parking and front garden. It is located in La Capellania just 3Km from the resort centre of Corralejo. Taxis and public transport run between La Capellania and Corralejo but we would recommend a car is hired to make the most of this beautiful island.
The Living area is very spacious and the high ceilings add to the feeling of openness. There is a dining table which seats 6 at one end and comfortable sofas at the other end where you can sit back and relax after a hard day in the sun. The living area is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Radio.
The Villa has 2 bedrooms of which one is the spacious master bedroom with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The other bedroom is a large twin bedroom, again with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.
The Kitchen is seperate to the living area and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay.
In addition to the kitchen there is a seperate utility room where the washing machine can be found.
The lounge patio doors open out onto the large rear garden area which is decked for your safety (no tiles to slip on when wet). The garden is decorated with various potted plants and more importantly is where you will find the private swimming pool. There are plenty of sun loungers for those lazy days and the patio table is the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
At the front of the villa is a small garden with various potted plants and to the side is the off-road parking.
Due to the depth of the swimming pool, young children should be supervised at all times.
For your Health and Safety, Villa Sophia is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
